These are the terms and conditions and our privacy policy. The contact is between us and you for the sale of products to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering the product with us.

Definitions:

We/our means Whizcraft Limited T/A Slimline Stone (Co Reg No. 9910303) with Our registered address at 56 Westbury Avenue, Southall, Middlesex, UB1 2UZ, UK. You means the person or firm who purchases the products from us.

Order means your order for the products, placed with us.

Products means Slimline Stone Products being sold on our website supplied by us to you.

1. Order: It will your responsibility to ensure the items of our products are complete and accurate before you place the order online or directly with us. If you feel there has been some mistakes, in placing the order, you are advised to contact us immediately. Any changes to the order will be entirely based on our decision based on the progress with the dispatch of the order. Minimum age to place an order for you is 18 years.Any direct quotation to you by us is will be valid for maximum of 30 days.An email will be sent to you accepting the order. It will be your responsibility to have through read of the contents. Slimeline Stone will not hold any responsibility of any errors in the order confirmation to you.We are very careful with the inventory of our products. However, if you place an order for a product and we are unable to supply it, for any reason ie the available product is not of the set standard, damaged, not in stock or it has been an error in the price on our website / order placed in the phone / my email. We will inform you of this by email or telephone and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
2. Payment: It is important that we receive in full / cleared funds. We hold rights of owning the product in its entirety if the payment is not received in full.
3. Business Customer Payments: If we accept the order on terms of part payment and agree to take the remainder amount after the goods are delivered. You are legally bound in contact to pay the remainder at the time of the delivery of the goods / or with in 30 days as agreed. There will be an interest charge of 3.5% from the due date of the payment.
4. Contract: Only after the payment is received in full and your order is accepted, this process brings into a legally binding contract in between you and us and all terms and conditions are automatically get accepted by you by using our website / placing the order with us directly. If you do not wish to accept our terms and conditions, please avoid using our service for your ordering. We reserve rights to periodically review and make changes to the terms and conditions.
   1. as being natural stone product there will be natural variation of pattern, design and thickens on the same sheet of between each sheet of stone cladding. All natural stone items bear this unique feature.
   2. as being natural stone product the thickness of the stone cladding quoted is accurate to plus or minus 0.5mm – 1mm.
5. Product / Product description: The display of our images of the Products or the colour of the Products that may on your computer, phone, ipad, tablets or any other electronic gadget you may be using to place the order; it is important to be noted that our images are for illustrative purposes only. Your Products may vary slightly from those images also because these are produced from natural sourced products. Colour and texture variations in these products (that are naturally sourced) is normal, this is inherent and part of the natural beauty of the products. The moisture content in our products cannot be guaranteed, it may vary from batch to batch.Although We have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated in our literature or elsewhere are approximate.You and/or the wood cladding / paving / veneer installer shall be responsible for assessing the products usage, purpose and design. We indulge in only the supply of the product; we are not liable to any complications that may arise with the installation or method / product of application. Any guidelines or instructions that we may provide in relation to installation are not from a qualified installer for your area of application. It is your responsibility to get professional advice and skilled qualified professional to do the installation. Mountskape Ltd will not be liable for any injury, damage to the product in the process of handling the product or installation.
6. Product upkeep: Responsibility of maintaining the product is yours. You are responsible of periodically cleaning with appropriate products, applying sealant once in 6 months to Natural stone cladding if used in wet areas and once in a year if used in dry areas.
   We suggest you use recommended sealant on all our Natural Stone Products, natural stone cladding should not be used without sealant application. As a stone sealant helps to protect the product from oil, water, drinks, dirt etc. it is important to follow the guidelines of the product you are intending to use on our items.
7. Price: the prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, will include delivery charges, as a standard delivery option. If urgent delivery is required, it can be done on request with additional charges set by the delivery company.
8. Cancelling / return the order placed online / over the phone: Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving delivery. The product must be unused and in the original packaging, products to be returned to us in dry undamaged packing. It is legal obligation for you to keep the products in your possession and to take good care of the products while the pick up is being arranged. A full refund will be credited minus
   • – the delivery charges (charges as confirmed by the delivery company)
   • – return collection charges (price will be confirmed by the delivery company).
     Products require collection, we will collected from the same address which they were delivered to. We will contact to arrange a suitable time for collection.
   • – any money exchange difference or bank charges
   • – any restocking charges

   The refund due will be processed as soon as to you as returned product is received by us with maximum of 15 days of the return.

9. Slimline Stone suspend or to cancel your order / agreement:  Whizcraft Limited T/A Slimline Stone reserve rights to suspend or cancel your order / agreement immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
10. Delivery: Our deliveries will be done to the kerbside or to the start of your driveway (the carrier is required to off load the products using tail lift / pump truck). No deliveries will be done on grass or gravel. Please make sure that the delivery area is flat and solid to bear the weight of a pallet lorry carrying up to 1 ton in weight. We would applicate if you can advise of any challenges for the above.
    Our carrier is not insured to carry the goods into the premises. If you wish for the driver to come on to your property with the Vehicle this will be it your own risk if there is any damage arising due to this request ie damage to the manhole, paving, lamp post, wall, gate etc will not be covered by our courier provider. Any expenses arising from this will be borne by yourselves.
    We deliver to UK mainland within the price. However, add on charges may be implied for any deliveries in the Channel Isles and Northern/ Republic of Ireland, Scotland (some postcodes only, please contact to check), Wales (some postcodes only, please contact to check).
    All deliveries are done during the working days (between Monday to Friday) excluding bank holidays. Normally deliveries are done within 4 – 8 working days, depending on availability and quantiles. Bulk orders and particular pattern choice orders may take up to 8 – 16 weeks.
    We follow strict due diligence, every crate is checked before it is dispatched, if there are any abnormalities it would need to be notified with in 24 hours from the time of delivery. Written and photographic evidence will be required.
    If you are unable to accept the goods or refuse the delivery on the day, re-delivery charges will levy, set by our delivery company.
    We will try our best to have the delivery done to the best possible condition, you can expect some wastage arising from cuts and handling, it is therefore essential that an allowance of 5% wastage when ordering.
11. Event Outside Our Control: We shall not be liable for non-delivery for reasons beyond our control. ie, any act or event beyond Our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation of war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
    Our contract shall remain suspended until the situation has normalised enough for us to carry out the goods delivery.
12. Limited warranty: Slimline Stone products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Any such defects must be reported to Slimline Stone, within 1 week days of date of delivery. During this warranty period we will repair, or at our option, replace free of charge, such merchandise as shall prove to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, item used / installed, any adhesive, sealant, chemical etc applied to it. Incidental and consequential damages are specifically disclaimed. All other warranties (including any warranty of merchantability of fitness for any particular purpose) are hereby excluded. The foregoing shall constitute the sole remedy of the customer. Any claim shall be deemed waived unless made in writing to us within seven (7) days from date it was, or reasonably should have been, discovered.
13. Privacy Policy: When you use Slimline Stone services, you trust us with your information. Therefore, protecting your information is significant to us. We have good security measures in place that will not allow any breach of security and will adhere to the UK laws and will process your information in accordance with your rights under the Data Protection Act 1998.
14. Governing Law: The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
