Delivery:

Our deliveries of the Flexi-stone Veneer sheets will be done to the kerbside or to the start of your driveway. No deliveries will be done on grass or gravel. Please make sure that the delivery area is flat and solid to bear the weight of a pallet lorry and use of pallet truck. We would applicate if you can advise of any challenges for the above. It is important to bear in mind that the veneer sheets are to be kept in dry / covered area until the stone sealant is applied as per our recommendation. It is also important to note that certain backings used are designed for indoor dry area use only, wet areas / moisture should be avoided.

All deliveries are done during the working days (between Monday to Friday) excluding bank holidays. Normally deliveries are done within 12- 14 working days, our delivery company will get in touch with you to give you estimated delivery day.

We follow strict due diligence, every crate is checked before it is dispatched, if there are any abnormalities it would need to be notified with in 24 hours from the time of delivery. Written and photographic evidence will be required.

If you are unable to accept the goods or refuse the delivery on the day, re-delivery charges will levy, set by our delivery company.

We will try our best to have the delivery done to the best possible condition, you can expect some wastage arising from cuts and handling, it is therefore essential that an allowance of 5% wastage when ordering.

Returns Policy:

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving delivery. The product must be unused and in the original packaging and dry. A full refund will be credited, relevant collection and restocking charges will be deducted. The delivery charges from the delivery company is non-refundable.
